Web vs. FIRST PARTNERS Conflict: A $2,300 Anti-Case Breakdown

On June 24, a webmaster's complaint against the FIRST PARTNERS affiliate program began circulating across Telegram channels. The affiliate claims non-payment and a ban on Telegram, while the program's representatives provided counterarguments and screenshots that shed a different light on the situation.

The affiliate is demanding payment of the remaining balance for April 2025, while the program states that the matter was closed over a year ago by mutual agreement.

Following the public fallout, the head of FIRST PARTNERS reached out to us and provided screenshots of conversations and statistics that allow for an objective view of the situation.

Webmaster's Position

According to the affiliate, in April 2025 he drove traffic to FIRST PARTNERS, for which approximately $2,300 was credited in his dashboard.

However, the affiliate program paid out only $150, freezing the remainder due to "low traffic quality and negative player activity." The affiliate emphasizes that he never received any detailed analysis or reasoned breakdown of the deducted amount at the time.

On June 23, 2026, the affiliate attempted to re-engage in dialogue with the manager to request payment of the remaining balance. However, after mentioning the $2,150, the conversation went nowhere — he was allegedly blocked on Telegram.

FIRST PARTNERS' Position

According to the advertiser, the affiliate's players heavily drained the casino, causing the revenue share to go deep into the negative. The program proposed a compromise — to pay out the maximum under the RS model: 50% of what the players had deposited (net $150).

The screenshots show that the affiliate agreed to these terms in May 2025. The company fulfilled its part of the agreement and processed the agreed payout of $150 by the end of the working week.

According to the affiliate program, the affiliate subsequently left the working chat on his own and later began messaging other company managers in private from dozens of different accounts.

What we have here is a textbook example of a communication breakdown. Although, as we can see in the screenshot, the manager in the recent conversation noted that the player's winnings do not affect the payout — which only adds to the confusion.
