Web vs. VBET Affiliates: Breaking Down an Anti-Case Involving the Ban of 27 Players

Meanwhile, brand representatives provided an official response, and in screenshots of the correspondence, management explicitly states that the anti-fraud department's decision is not subject to appeal.

The webmaster is demanding payment for users who showed activity on the product, while the affiliate program claims a gross violation of its terms. 

The head of VBET's affiliate department provided an official statement and an internal report, allowing the situation to be assessed objectively. 

Webmaster's Position

According to the affiliate, he was consistently driving quality traffic and bringing in users who regularly made deposits, placed bets, and were generally active. 

The conflict began on June 29, when the webmaster noticed zero commission in his dashboard and reached out to his manager. In response, he was informed that accruals for 27 players had been cancelled due to multi-accounting and templated behavior. 

The webmaster's main grievance is the complete absence of evidence from the affiliate program's side. The screenshots show that when he requested specific facts, logs, or results from the anti-fraud department's review, the manager responded only with generic replies. 

The affiliate also notes that he was stonewalled. The manager stated that the anti-fraud department's decision is final, non-negotiable, and not subject to review — then ended the conversation. 

VBET Affiliates' Position

VBET representatives published an official statement, noting that the payment cancellations are the result of an internal security department review. According to the company, the traffic showed signs of fraud, which directly violates the affiliate program's terms. 

The brand provided a report documenting 27 accounts with commission cancellations attributed to behavioral and structural anomalies among the users. 

VBET's head of affiliate partnerships, Andranik Karapetyan, stated that the decision was made on the basis of a risk analysis. Detailed logs are not disclosed in order to avoid revealing the protection algorithms. 

The company emphasizes that it has been operating in Ukraine for over 5 years and successfully works with hundreds of partners, but in cases involving fraud traffic, it is obligated to protect its business.
