Solid Facebook Account Farming in 7 Days: A Facebook Account Warm-Up Manual from 3FTeam
Today we have the 3FTeam as our guests — a team specializing in Facebook account farming. The quality of consumables is one of the key factors in a successful ad launch, so we asked the Fast Fat Farm team to put together a guide on how to create solid farmed accounts from scratch, what criteria to check when buying accounts, what it takes to warm up an account to King status, and more.
Before purchasing any accounts from stores, always verify the farming quality!
Who are 3FTeam and why does this guide actually work?
First, let's clarify who Fast Fat Farm are and why this FB account warm-up guide actually works.
3FTeam is a Ukrainian Facebook farmed accounts store. 70% of the team consists of farmers with prior experience working in media buying teams, so they know exactly what's needed for running ads.
The store offers self-regs, 14-day and 30-day manual account farming, as well as custom services:
- PFRD accounts
- farming to custom criteria
- additional Fan Pages/BMs within the account
- linking self-regs to accounts
- creating Instagram accounts linked to Facebook
- creating accounts on other social networks or messengers
Editorial bonus: use promo code PALAI10 to get -10% off your first purchase. Contact support.
Today we asked the team in detail about how to get quality FB farming done on your own.

Quality criteria used to evaluate accounts
Before we get to the guide, let's outline the two criteria used to assess quality farming:
- Active internal farming — photos, posts, reposts, likes, comments, conversations, friends, groups, and many other actions within the account. This is the baseline that Facebook's algorithms observe and analyze when working with accounts.
- Active external farming. The primary indicator of good external farming is interests. Interests are generated through actions outside of Facebook or through interactions with other pages (Fan Pages). The more interests — the higher the account's trust level. 3FTeam noted that external FB account farming is the most critical factor, directly affecting the account's longevity and its resilience to various Facebook "storms."
Almost every account store claims their accounts have interests, but few people know that a certain number of interests (usually 3–7 items) are generated automatically upon registration and minimal profile completion. That's why you should pay close attention to the actual count — in quality accounts, it starts at 20+.

How to check interests and what methods to use to boost FB account trust
Interests can be checked via this link in the following sections:
- "Advertisers you've seen";
- "Ad topics" (this is the primary metric 3FTeam checks);
- "Ads based on your audience".
You can also check off-Facebook activity by going to the "Off-Facebook Activity" section. If these sections show no items at all, or only 2–3, you can conclude that the account's trust level will be weak.

Important:
- interests don't appear immediately after an action is performed — it varies per account, but on average takes 2–4 days;
- interests and off-Facebook activity have an expiration period, so if an account has been sitting idle for a long time, there will likely be fewer interests or none at all.
If we notice that some accounts have been sitting on the shelf too long, we log in and do a few extra days of farming to restore the required number of interests.
A few pages inside Facebook that generate a good number of interests:

Marketplaces also generate a good number of interests, for example:

Step-by-Step Guide to 7-Day Facebook Account Farming
First things first: this manual is best used as a cheat sheet for farmers. The exact actions may vary depending on FB updates, the desired end result, and the account farming period.
Before starting each day of FB account farming, change the IP.
At the end of each farming day, check that the required number of entries appear in the activity log and interests (if they don't appear or there are too few — pay more attention to these during farming)
Here's a checklist from 3FTeam for the minimum farming period required to use an account as a King.
Day 1
- Register the account in the antidetect browser (create a profile, add a proxy and cookies) and fill in the data in the spreadsheet.
- Fill in the account information (you can use real users' accounts as a reference)

Checklist for reviewing accounts at the end of the farming period
You can also use a checklist to verify the quality of farming from an account store. A quality seven-day FB account farm should include:
- Posts: 5+ items
- Photos: 5+ items
- Friends: 50+
- Reposts: 3+ items
- Daily activity (likes, comments, FB search, video views, games, etc.): at least 15–20 entries in the activity log per day
- Chats: optional, but recommended — reply to some messages and maintain at least a couple of conversations at a basic level
- Groups: 7+
- Interests ("advertisers you've seen", "ad topics", "ads based on audiences"): 20+
- Off-Facebook activity: 10+
- FP (info section, at least 5 posts, photos, cover image): 1 item
- Cookies
- User-agent
- Archive with photos and documents
- Check for bans
- Verify data in the reporting spreadsheet
Three insider tips on farming from Fast Fat Farm
The team uses its own tricks for account farming. We couldn't find out all of them, of course, but here are three working insider tips the team relies on:
- Registering accounts with a minimal ban rate. First of all, it's worth noting that ideally, account registration and profile setup should be done from the same device. This reduces the rate of checkpoints and bans right after registration and adds trust. It's also important for registration — just as it is for farming in general — to use separate proxies or change the IP for each new account.
The next key point that will protect you from bans is the phone number you register with. Use a random number that hasn't been used to register FB accounts before or isn't linked to FB (pick a number off the top of your head and verify it via "Forgot password"). Then proceed with the actual account registration.
After registration, change the number to one you have access to (either a physical SIM or a virtual number capable of receiving an SMS code) in order to receive the registration confirmation code. If done correctly, bans (checkpoints) occur quite rarely. - Too much activity in a short period of time — a classic mistake made by farmers and media buyers. We also see that one of the most common issues during farming is restrictions on certain actions within the account, such as adding friends. When farming, it's important not to raise any doubts that you're a real user.
Therefore, all activity should be carried out not mechanically, like a bot, but the way a real person would behave. For example, 30 likes in 1 minute or 20 friend requests sent in a row are already a trigger for Facebook, especially if the account has just started being farmed.
Facebook responds well to varied sequences of actions and their quantity. Like something, scroll the feed, like again, leave a comment, make a repost, add someone as a friend, like again. And most importantly — pause between these actions.
But let's not forget that Facebook is a treasure trove of surprises. Sometimes FB will issue restrictions on adding friends or groups even with perfectly reasonable activity. In that case, we recommend:
— add up to 10 friends with breaks between requests, and always pay attention to people's names to make sure they're real users, not bots;
— after joining a group, always go into it and engage with the content inside; you can also make a repost — again, take a pause and mix the activity with other actions.
- Warming up on other devices/hardware. Another pain point for Facebook is a sudden change of devices used to access the account. To make the transition on FB "painless", you can generate activity outside of Facebook (for example, watch a video on YouTube after logging in via FB).
Also, after logging into the account itself — run some search queries, play a game, scroll the feed, and watch some videos. You don't have to do all of these — feel free to mix and match.
What 3FTeam's farming approach is built on
When working with 14-day and 30-day farms, Fast Fat Farm adheres to core principles that help build solid, launch-ready farms:
- Quality and trustworthiness. For farming FB accounts, we use high-quality mobile proxies, phone numbers that have never been linked to FB, quality Outlook email addresses confirmed via backup emails or phone numbers, and appropriate photos and names.
- Our own farming expertise, in the form of manuals and approaches. Like any shop or service, we have our own manuals for working with accounts. But the key role is played by a checklist that consolidates all the criteria our accounts must meet.
Throughout the farming process and upon its completion, farmers go through the checklist and verify that each account meets these criteria. The manual itself is broken down by days and actions that need to/should/are recommended to be completed.
The order, quantity, timing, and intervals between these actions are set by each farmer individually. This allows us to move away from a single farming template and preserve the uniqueness of each account, which also contributes to trust. In other words, in our workflow the manual is a cheat sheet for farmers to reach the desired criteria.
We register all accounts manually and do not use any software in our workflow, because we know it directly compromises product quality. So if someone is offering you a "miracle tool" for auto-farming or automated registration — think twice about whether it will deliver the quality you actually need.
