OnlyFans has long become an oversaturated market where breaking through without external traffic budgets and aggressive promotion is nearly impossible. But the main problem isn't even the competition — it's strict financial compliance. The platform's specifics have led to a situation where hundreds of thousands of paying fans from the EU are unable to subscribe to OnlyFans due to inaccessible payment infrastructure.

Today we're breaking down a fresh alternative — the F2F platform. We'll analyze its features, why the site's audience skews heavily European, and how creators can scale their profits through multistreaming.

What You Need to Know About F2F

F2F launched in Amsterdam in early 2022. The interface was deliberately designed to closely resemble Instagram: there's a feed, posts, likes, and a dedicated streams section. 

Everything operates on a doomscrolling logic — browse, like, follow, buy. This approach resonates well with European audiences who are accustomed to social media and don't appreciate feature overload.

The platform currently has around four million users and approximately 50,000 active creators. The core audience is Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, along with other EU GEOs.

In practice, it's an 18+ Instagram adaptation for the adult segment, with built-in monetization tools and a creator-friendly internal promotion system. 

Organic discovery is split into three key sections:

• Hot — an algorithmic feed featuring posts that have received the highest number of likes and audience engagement.

• Recent — a chronological feed of new publications where fresh content appears without reach throttling.

• Live — a section with models' live streams, which is currently driving the biggest subscriber growth.

The service operates on a classic 80/20% revshare model. Payouts can be requested at any time on demand, unlike the standard monthly payout cycle offered by most top platforms. 

F2F is built on European payment infrastructure. For EU-based creators, an Online Payment Platform (OPP) account is created automatically; Paxum is available for international payouts. 

How Traffic Is Driven to F2F

We analyzed publicly available data from analytics services to assess the geographic breakdown of traffic. The platform's total visit volume consistently holds at around 1.8 million visits per month.

The geographic distribution confirms the EU-first orientation:

• Netherlands — 42.5%.

• Belgium — 32.7%.

• USA — 5.3%.

74.9% of users access the platform from mobile devices. Over 80% of visits are direct. Models actively funnel audiences from social media: X, Reddit, Instagram, Telegram.

On Telegram channels, creators post standard warm-up content with minimal previews and drive followers to F2F. The next step is a subscription — either a recurring monthly subscription or one-time content purchases. 

Content is typically posted in a mixed format: some available for free, the rest priced at around €20–30. 

As for live streams — the selection of models in that section is limited, though that may be a timezone issue. We watched a few lives, and only one model earned a few hundred euros from a single stream. 

To start live streaming, you need 5+ paying subscribers. The minimum subscription price is €5. Those who don't want to wait for real users to subscribe can team up with other models and mutually subscribe to each other.

There aren't many public earnings case studies for F2F available openly, but we found several examples that confirm the platform's potential. 

In the screenshot below, a creator writes that she recently started on the platform and already earned €300 in 2 days of streaming.

There's also earning potential for models who aren't comfortable going nude on camera. Most creators stream simultaneously across multiple sites via OBS.

And one of the best cases — a model earned €5,000 in just over a month. That's a solid result, especially compared to OF, where the first few hundred dollars can take months to come in.

From models' dedicated channels, it's also known that it's currently possible to connect so-called "vibro-donations" via the Lush app, provided all payments remain on F2F. Crypto withdrawals are available through an intermediary service, and the team is also working on integrating a large number of new features.

Conclusions

F2F looks like one of the most promising channels for monetizing 18+ content. The platform provides models with organic traffic and offers favorable terms overall. That said, building a business exclusively on F2F isn't advisable. As the number of models grows, the organic boost will decline — so, as always, it's the early testers who get to skim the cream.
