Nutra Case Study: 186% ROI on Inno Gialuron via TikTok in the MENA Region

Nutra Case Study: 186% ROI on Inno Gialuron via TikTok in the MENA Region

We're used to seeing cases with hundreds of thousands of dollars from Facebook Ads, but today's case is different. A solo affiliate drove traffic to a nutra offer in Western Asian countries and generated over 33,000 conversions in a year.

"Smells Fishy" — a column where we put questionable cases up for public scrutiny. Read and decide for yourself: ✅ believe it or ❌ not.

Preparing Promo Materials

First, it's worth noting that this affiliate works solo and has been in the niche since 2016. For the past 3 years, he's been actively working with TikTok, so testing offers at volume is a standard part of his workflow. He chose an anti-wrinkle product, and his manager recommended running traffic to Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Lebanon.

To start, the affiliate acquired several agency accounts, and for each one a product certificate and license number were prepared. The Business Licence added to TikTok Ads settings must match the number on the document exactly.

For TikTok, landing pages are typically built for mobile without video or flashy animations — as clean and simple as possible to pass moderation and deliver a high conversion rate.

The case author recommends using DeepL for translations, avoiding before-and-after images, and steering clear of 100% result guarantees. The footer must include a Privacy Policy, Shipping & Return Policy, and Contact information.

Special attention should be paid to reviews, which are best written manually using a translator. Short but meaningful comments with no obvious calls to order or call tend to perform well.

The next critical step in the funnel is creating creatives — they make the strongest impression on potential customers. The author recommends keeping videos under 20 seconds, in good quality, without materials sourced from spy tools. Arrows should be avoided; use emojis or stickers instead. Each creative should have its own voiceover. References can be found via YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.

In SPY tools, our editorial team had no trouble finding creative examples across various GEOs. They feature a range of approaches — from standard medical-style to more creative executions.

Campaign Performance

The affiliate launched his first campaigns using a 1-5-1 structure: one campaign, 5 ad sets, and one creative per ad set targeting a 35+ audience. He recommends adding 5–10 new creatives daily and monitoring results closely.

According to the stats, the average CTR across campaigns held at 0.61%. Average CPM was €0.2, CPC came in at 2–3 euro cents, and the cost per conversion was under €2.

Total spend came to $53,914, revenue reached $154,115, and net profit was $100,200. The average approval rate held at 40%, trash orders accounted for 33% of total volume, and the payout per confirmed order was $16.96.

As we can see, volumes fluctuated significantly month to month. But ROI still came out strong over the long run, with an average profit of $10,000 per month.

And an average CPM of 20 cents is sure to catch the attention of affiliates who've only ever run Facebook traffic. TikTok shouldn't be written off — with the right approach, it can still deliver leads across a variety of verticals.
