Welcome to palai.media (hereinafter — "Site", "we", "Palai Media"). By using the Site, our Telegram channel @palai_media, and other associated channels (hereinafter collectively — "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree — please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Palai Media is an informational and analytical media outlet for media buyers, arbitrage specialists, affiliate marketers, iGaming and AI professionals. We publish articles, news, case studies, interviews, and service reviews in the fields of media buying, affiliate marketing, the iGaming industry, and related technologies.

The Service is exclusively a media resource. We:

  • do not accept bets, deposits, or payouts;

6. Jobs and Résumés Section

The Site may provide the ability to submit a job listing or résumé via a form, without registration.

  • Moderation. Each submission is reviewed by the editorial team before publication. We reserve the right to reject, edit (for example, to bring it in line with the format), or remove any submission without explanation — including if it contains false information, signs of fraud, discriminatory requirements, content prohibited by law, or violates these Terms.
  • Responsibility for content. The user submitting a listing (job posting or résumé) is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information provided. We do not verify and do not guarantee the accuracy of employment conditions, compensation, or employer requirements stated in job listings, nor the accuracy of information in résumés.
  • No intermediary role. The Site is not a party to any employment or civil law relationship between the person who posted a job listing and the person who responded (or vice versa). We do not guarantee employment, a response from an employer, or any other outcome from submitting a listing.
  • Removal upon request. The author of a submission may contact the Site via the provided contact details to request an update or removal of a published listing.
  • By submitting a listing, the user grants the Site the right to publish the specified information in the relevant section of the Site and associated channels (if an announcement is required).

7. User Conduct

The following are prohibited:

  • using the Service for any unlawful activity;
  • attempting to gain unauthorized access to Site systems;
  • distributing spam, malicious code, or misleading other users through comments or other public channels of the Service.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
